"It was a wonderful experience working on City Home Cincinnati, and I look forward to working with you as we pursue additional development opportunities." - Mary B. Rivers, Executive Director, Over-the-Rhine Community Housing

The City Home project revitalized the 1400 block of Pleasant Street in the Over-the-Rhine neighborhood of Cincinnati. The project consists of 12 new infill townhouses, 3 renovated historic buildings, as well as a new streetscape design. The infill townhouses range in size from 1500-2100 SF. Each unit has a small inner courtyard that provides private outdoor space and brings light into the center of the house. The houses span the small urban lot, each providing a two car garage with alley access from the back. The project brought together both the affordable housing, as well as the market rate housing interests in Cincinnati.
