The Feasibility Study process resulted in the outline of a vision for a dynamic new neighborhood development at the corner of Madison Road and Whetsel Avenue. It includes the following elements - Visible and attractive site development and Streetscape; Highly visible and convenient first floor commercial; Dense, lively concentration of high quality apartments with balconies; Adequate, convenient and secure parking for apartment residents; Highly visible and secure street parking.
