Cincinnati urban designer, Schickel, creates infill strategy for vacant land. Schickel Design is an Architecture Firm based in Cincinnati, Ohio.

DESCRIPTION: This was a visionary project that became a reality. The pre-development work and the Vision Study established the outlines of the project and the needed relationships to bring the project to fruition. The project was then executed in three phases over a five year period in a successful collaboration between market rate and affordable housing advocates in Over The Rhine. The result is a revitalized city block with the first owner-occupied new residential construction in many years.
