City Home Pre-Development and Vision Study - Over-the-Rhine, Cincinnati, OH

“…Thanks for your vision and design leadership. Throughout the process, you continued to bring new ideas and concepts to the project, while at the same time you were receptive to ideas from the development team. I believe it was this collaboration that made the project so successful. It took commitment to the vision to carry us through the various stages of financing and support. You provided that consistent commitment and belief that the project would go forward."  - Mary B. Rivers, Executive Director, Over the Rhine Community Housing

SERVICES: Development, Feasibility Study, Vision Planning, Urban Design, Architecture

DESCRIPTION: This was a visionary project that became a reality. The pre-development work and the Vision Study established the outlines of the project and the needed relationships to bring the project to fruition. The project was then executed in three phases over a five year period in a successful collaboration between market rate and affordable housing advocates in Over The Rhine. The result is a revitalized city block with the first owner occupied new residential construction in many years.
